NIGERIA @ 64: Chief Onoriode Urges Nigerians to Keep Their Dreams Alive

The State Director of Protocol Delta State, Chief Sunday Onoriode, has called on Nigerians to persevere in pursuing their dreams despite the current economic challenges facing the country.

Chief Onoriode emphasized the importance of persistence, patience, dedication, and determination in turning dreams and aspirations into reality.

“Achieving our dreams requires faith in ourselves, a clear vision, hard work, and resilience in the face of adversity,” he said.

While marking Nigeria's 64th Independence Anniversary on Tuesday in Asaba, Chief Onoriode likened Nigeria to a raw gold, saying that its full potential will be realized in God's timing.

He urged Christians in the state to pray for Nigeria and for the administration of His Excellency RT. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, noting the Governor’s commitment to building a state that prioritizes equal opportunities and the welfare of all Deltans.

Chief Onoriode called on Deltans to rally behind the Governor, stressing that the Governor is dedicated and committed to improving infrastructure, human capital development, education, welfare, security and advancing Delta in all sectors through the M.O.R.E Agenda.

While congratulating Nigeria on reaching this significant milestone, the State Director of Protocol urged citizens, especially the youths to keep their dreams alive and to actively participate in nation-building, ensuring that the sacrifices of past heroes are honoured and not in vain and their dreams actualized.
