Ned Nwoko urges greater focus on malaria vaccine research as he hosts UN, WHO reps in Delta State The Chairman of Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation and the founder of Malaria eradication in Africa programme, Hon (Dr) Ned Munir Nwoko has stressed the need for greater public-private sector synergy including multilateral agencies in the quest to achieve a malaria-free Africa. TheCable had reported how Ahmed Idris, the Accountant-General of the Federation (AGF), was unable to provide records to account for €5 million recovered funds said to be missing when he appeared before the committee. At its sitting on Tuesday, the House's ad hoc committee probing the status of recovered loot queried Malami on the funds which they said they never approved as a budgetary allocation.
